FONG-HAI WATCHERS ARE ETHEREAL YOKAI THAT take the form of spectral foxes that hover in the darkness, their haunting, single eye reflecting the echoes of lies spoken by the living. Drawn to the souls burdened with deceit, they silently traverse the realms, seeking the deceased to feed upon the lies trapped within their essence. With a mastery over the veil between worlds, they effortlessly phase through objects, walls, and the living themselves, moving with a supernatural grace. These otherworldly creatures are the harbingers of truth and deceit, unraveling the webs of deception and delivering swift retribution to those who dare to stand against them.

Tactics. The Watchers rely on their spectral nature and teleportation abilities to confound and strike down their foes. When engaged in combat, they use their power over the ethereal plane to traverse objects and walls, making them elusive targets. They employ their teleportation to move rapidly and unpredictably, disappearing and reappearing at will, delivering devastating attacks from unexpected angles. Their strikes are precise and swift, seeking to exploit any vulnerabilities of their enemies. While they prefer to avoid direct confrontation, if provoked, they will unleash their full spectral power.
