Gor'kul are trained from birth to become ragers. Both in war and in times of (relative) peace, the sheer strength, ferocity, and power of a Gor'kul Rager guarantees them a place in society, and ensures their usefulness to their clan and the leading clan. The more ferocious and powerful a rager, the more chances he or she will have for advancement in the ranks. Thus, these warriors often look for opportunities to show off both their strength and their brutality.
